Team Shabodi is enabling the ecosystem of next-gen applications and looking for an experienced Solution Architect, reporting to the Engineering Head, to join our rapidly growing team!

You are ideally…

• 10+ years’ experience in the Telecom domain in a wide range of roles – Architecture, Pre-Sales, Development and integration
• Must have 5+ Years hands-on experience in C++ and developing platforms based on 3GPP standards
• Must have an understanding of Architectural patterns in Enterprise Integration, API Platforms and Network as Code initiatives
• Must have hands-on experience in REST API Design and development, DRA/ Diameters and Open RAN protocols
• Enterprise and Data Architecture, Solution Engineering experience
• Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership, Coaching, Practice Development, Competency building
• Knowledge of Design Thinking approach, Excellent Oral and Written Communication and Presentation Skills
• Strong background in solution architecture preferably with leading telecom companies or in the Telecom vertical of tier-1 IT services companies
• Knowledge of Telecom industry best practices, future trends and design patterns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to solve problems using a creative and logical mindset
• Ability to articulate the value of technical capabilities to C-suite audience
• Very strong ability to influence/lead others to adopt your ideas, with the ability to compromise, build consensus and avoid conflict

What you’ll do …  

• Work with Product and Sales team to understand customer/product roadmap and requirements
• Architect, design and develop solutions to meet business requirements
• Ensure architecture is scalable, flexible and robust to meet anticipated future requirements
• Ensure Functional and Non-Functional aspects are taken care of in the design and implementation and KPIs are within acceptable threshold
• Provide technical leadership and perform code reviews to ensure code is meeting quality standards
• Ensure the team prioritizes critical issues/business requests and delivers in an agile manner with acceptable quality
• Work with Project Management to estimate, plan and deliver as per accepted timelines
